Before gaining access to attendance through GOALLINE, you’ll need to sign up.

You can also sign up again at any time once leaving the open page...

IMPORTANT: You will need to ensure that the email you use to sign up is the one associated with your coach/player/parent profile on GOALLINE. If you did not register through your GOALLINE site, please contact your coach or Team Admin to ensure the your email is input into your GOALLINE profile.

From here, you will need to find your team, as you can see below. This can be done by searching by team name or your GOALLINE Team ID, which can be found on your team’s page on the web.

There is supporting documentation for find your team as well. Once you’ve followed your team, you can access attendance by going to Games from your Team Page and viewing any game.

What a Coach will see:

A coach has access to edit each player’s attendance individually, and has a summary of each game’s attendance. If Jerome told coach that he can’t make the game but forgot to edit his attendance on the App, coach can edit himself swiping from right to left on a player in a Game page.

What a Player will see:

A player has the ability to set his individual attendance, and the ability to see a summary of his teammates. A player can also swipe right to left on the games page and set game and practice attendance quickly for multiple sessions.

This works together with our integrated website to provide your organization with a fantastic attendance tool, without the need to re-create schedules or rosters. There is no need to invite players to your team, as anyone listed on your roster on your GOALLINE site is included on the App, and simply needs to sign up with the email in their player profile.

IMPORTANT: Many organizations benefit from Online Registration, where important data and fees are collected effortlessly through your GOALLINE site. If a player/parent/coach has registered through GOALLINE, they must sign up on the App with the email they provided. If your organization does not use our Online Registration platform, email information must be input by a Team Admin with permission or your organization’s webmaster. This can be done manually or by updating player information with our Player Import Tool.
