How do I Add a Venue

To add a venue please follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to Add-Edit-Delete Venues under Schedule Tools in the Master Menu, League Menu or Team Menu.
  2. Enter the Venue Name. This is the only mandatory field however we suggest entering the other fields which include:
    • Address
    • City
    • Province/State
    • Phone Number
    • Postal/Zip Code
    • Description
  3. You can choose to hide the venue from the venue page by clicking Hide From Public Venue Page?
  4. Once the information is entered click Add Venue.

If you would like to have a map display when somebody clicks the venue name in the schedule you can do this by completing the following:

  1. Click Edit by the venue name.
  2. Ensure that the address is entered.
  3. A map will appear on the right. If this is correct click Yes for Publish the map to the right?
  4. Click Edit Venue.

If you are unable to add a venue through Add-Edit-Delete Venues this may be restricted to your organization due to a specified set up. If unsure please contact GoalLine Support at support@goalline.ca.
