How do I change the site's tie breakers?

To update your tie breakers please follow the instructions below.

1. In the Master Menu under Schedule Tools go to Manage Tie-Breakers.
   • If Manage Tie-Breakers does not appear please contact GoalLine Support at support@goalline.ca.
2. Enter a name for your tie breaker rules by Tie Breaker Title.
3. Proceed with setting up the tie breaker steps by clicking on the dropdowns by each step.
4. You can also modify what columns show in your standings by clicking on the boxes under Columns in Standings.
5. Check the box by Default Tie-breaker if this should be the default tie breaker for all leagues.
6. Click Create Tie Breaker.

Each league can have different tie breakers if needed. Once set up as shown above the leagues can choose their tie breakers by following the steps below.

1. Select your league from the League Menu dropdown.
2. Go to Edit Schedule Details for the schedule you would like to apply the tie breaker to under Schedule Tools.
3. Select your tie breaker from the dropdown by Tie Breaker to be used.
4. Scroll down and select Click here to edit the schedule details.
