How Do I Set Up Recurring Payments?

GoalLine Support must set up recurring installments on behalf of our organizations. We require the following information to complete installment plans set up:

  1. Payment plan title (ie U13 Installment Plan)
  2. Initial Payment amount (can be any amount that you want)
  3. The months that the remaining payments will come out on
    • ​must be the 1st of the month
    • each month must be the same amount
    • months must be consecutive (ie Sept, Oct, Nov)
  4. We require 3-5 business days to complete set up
  5. The total of all payments (excluding the initial payment) cannot exceed $2000. If the total needs to exceed $2000, you must contact Stack Pay to increase.
  6. Each recurring transaction is subject to processing fees.
  7. After each installment month passes, the amount will be added to the original initial payment amount. For example if the installment is set up as:
    • Initial Installment: $100
    • September Installment $100 (due date Sept 1)
    • October Installment $100 (due date Oct 1)
    • Total $300
    • After September 1st it will become:
    • Initial Installment: $200
    • October Installment $100 (due date Oct 1)
    • After October 1st it will become:
    • Full Payment $300
