How Do I Refund A PayPal Transaction?

PayPal transactions may be refunded up to 180 days from the date of the payment. To process a refund for a PayPal transaction:

Log in to your PayPal merchant account
Locate the transaction
Refund the transaction in full or in part
Login to Goalline
Locate the registration (via Find Player, for example)
Click "Mark Refunded"
Indicate the amount refunded
Enter a comment including the PayPal refund confirmation number (if available)
