How to use Registered Here Before?
In order to use the "Registered Here Before?" tool, you must be a team admin/team contact/club contact that has already registered a team through any of the available team registration forms available on the registration portal. If you have not registered a team through the portal as of yet, simply locate the form you wish to register on and complete the registration process. After completing the registration, you'll receive an email containing a personal access code. That access code is required to use the Registered here Before? tool.
To register your team, locate the event registration form or club team registration form applicable to you. To register your club teams with your PTA, navigate to your PTA registration portal. Using the search criteria available, search for the Club Team Registration form. Once located, select to register using this form. To register your team for events, use the search criteria to find event registration forms that pertain to your team. Searching by Competitive Category for example, will allow you to search for all available registration forms applicable to that category. Once you've located the event form(s) you'd like to register for, select the form.
Select the Registered Here Before? button and enter your first name, last name, date of birth and access code. If you do not know your access code, refer to the confirmation email you received at the time your initial team registration was submitted. If you can't locate your access code, retrieve your access code using the available link. The access code will be emailed to the email address on file. Submit the team contact information.
You'll be prompted to select your team from a drop down list. Select the appropriate team and continue. The registration form for the selected event will display, fully populated with any information that has alrady been captured in the registration portal. Make note of any questions that have not been filled in for you as there may be requird information that the system doesn't already have available.
Each team registration form will be customized for each specific event, so you may be asked different questions or have a different number of required team staff and players. Fees for each event or program may differ as well. Some team registration forms will not require player information at the time of registration. You will be provided with guidelines from the event administrators on how you'll add your players later on. If you have any questions about the information collected, please refer to the event contact information for the specific event.
