Your GOALLINE powered website now has the ability to show the status of venues on your home page. This new feature allows users of the GOALLINE system to communicate the status of venues, whether they are open or closed, to visitors of their sites. Users also have the ability to control which venues are shown in the list. The venue status is displayed on the right sidebar of the site under a new box called "Venue Status". See the below screenshot for an example of how it looks:
How To Use:
- Set Venue status here: Master Menu > Scheduling > Add-Edit-Delete Venues
- On the page, at the top of the Venues List, there is a new button called "Edit Status". Clicking that will bring up the Venue Status Form. This button is only available when there are venues in the list.
- On the venue status form there is list of venues with some settings associated with each: Show, Open, and Closed. The Show check box, tells whether or not to show the venue in the home page box, and open and closed are the status to show.
- Once the settings are set, clicking the "Publish Status" button at the bottom will make the data live on the home page.
- To remove the box a user simply has to uncheck all of the show checkboxes and click the "Publish Status" button. The box will only show when there are items to show.
