Account Locked Due To Inactivity

If you are recieving the following message with your registration form:

This account has been locked due to inactivity. Please contact the system administrator.

You must contact your merchant account provider and have them unlock your merchant account before you can take any registrations.  If you are unsure who to contact regarding your merchant account after logging into your account:

Customer Support: 1-800-228-2443

Press 0 to speak to customer service representative

Type in the merchant account number (MID) followed by the #

It will then route you to a customer service representative.

Please make sure to have your organization's legal business name and address. Please ensure to have the GOALLINE username unlocked as this is the user that is connected to the registration form.
