How Do I Send A Notification That A Game Has Changed?

To Send An Email Or Text Message Notification When Updating A Game

1. Select your league or team menu under the Select Another Control Panel dropdown. This is located in top right side of the page in the bar with Master Menu.
2. Go to Schedule Tools > Add-Edit-Delete Games.
3. Search for your game on the right or click Search All Games in Schedule.
4. Click Edit by the game you would like to update.
5. Update your game details for example under Game Status you could select Cancelled.
6. Scroll down and select who you would like to send a text message and/or email to. For example Players, Parents and Coach Staff.
7. If you would like to send a text message check the box beside Would you like to send the email or automated notification via text message / SMS also? support@goalline.ca.
8. Click Edit Game. The game will be updated and the notifications sent.
