Method 1: Send Email Announcement
Select the "Referees" check box to send email to all referees. Expired referees will not be emailed from the email announcement form.
Method 2: Email from a Referee Search
Select your search criteria and select the email button at the top of the search results. Expired referees can be emailed if the search was for expired referees.
Method 3: Email When Publishing a News Articles
News articles can be placed on the referee notice board by checking the referee notice board box. Now, admins can also select the "hide from front page" check box if they do not want the news article to be seen on the public side of the site.
Text Messaging Referees
In the areas where an email announcement form is available, referees can be sent the message via text if they have their profiles setup accordingly. Read more about Sending Text Messages.
