How do I create a family connection?

Family Connections help keep your parent data accurate across all people in the family.

When families register their first child, they have the option to register another child when the first is complete.

The family connection is created when this player is entered or saved, and any information changed for parents with matching names, will be updated with the new information.

To create a family connection please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Find Players/Parents in the Master Menu under People Tools.
2. Search for your player by entering search criteria and click Search Players.
3. Click Edit beside the player in your player search list.
4. Within the player profile click the View Family (# Connections) tab on the right hand side of the page.
5. On the page it will show Possible Family Connections based on the last name. If you see a connection click Create Connection.
6. The family connection has been created. You can now view a family connection by clicking View or remove a family connection by clicking Remove Connection.
