In Referee Payrates, a site wide travel pay can be entered. The user will save the travel pay settings and then select the divisions below as paying travel pay and saving (individually) by clicking Set Fees.
Travel Pay is calculated one way based on the postal/zip codes of the officials and the venues. If they pay officials for both directions of travel, the rate should be doubled.
If an organization pays a flat rate for travel pay, do not set the travel pay in the Referee Payrates section. Instead, they should use "View-Edit Miscellaneous Referee Payment Alterations" either from the master menu referee tools or "Override Payscales" for a specific game when displaying assignments in Edit Referee Assignments.
