Generating Your Schedule

The Schedule Generator has a four step process for creating your schedule:

Step 1 - Configuration

  1. You will need to select which teams are playing in this schedule under "Choose the teams playing in this schedule".
  2. Beside each team is "View Team Options". Within here you have the option of setting up the venues that each team uses exclusively for home venues under the "Home Venue for #team name# tab" and if the team shares practice times with another team you can set up which team(s) under "Teams to Practice with #team name# tab".
  3. Beside each team there will also be an option to choose which conference they are in, if using conferences.
  4. Beside "Schedule Start Date and Schedule End Date" make sure these dates are the start and end dates for the schedule you are generating.
  5. Under "Game Configuration" section set up the following restrictions:
    • Number of Games/Team
    • Maximum Games/Week/Team
    • Maximum Games/Day/Team
    • Minimum Time between games
    • Schedule Double Headers
  6. Under "Practice Configuration" section set up the following restrictions:
    • Teams/Practice

  2. Under “Choose blackout dates for your teams”, select either “All Teams” or a team that you want to set up a blackout date for.
  3. Click on the date within the month calendars on the right.
  4. There is no need to save changes as the blackout dates will automatically save.
