How Do I See How Many Text Messages Have Been Sent?

To see how many text messages were sent through your organization's website please follow the steps below:

1. Choose Text Message Report from the Master Menu under Communication Tools.
2. Select your From Date and To Date.
3. You can search what feature was used to send the announcement from under Message Source.
4. Click Search Text Messages.
5. You will then be able to see:
   1. Total Text Messages Sent
   2. Number of Recipients
   3. What text messages were sent and how many.
6. You can also click Export Details to export the information.
