How Do I Email Players And Parents Who Registered For A Specific Payment?

To Email Registered Players And Their Parents

1. Go to Master Menu > People > Find Players.
2. Complete your registration search for the players/parents you want to email.
3. Once the search is completed you will see buttons appear above the player list. To send an email click one of these three buttons
   • Email Players
   • Email Parents
   • Email All
4. Check the recipients you would like to email and click Email Chosen Recipients.
5. Enter an Announcement Title and add information in to the Email Announcement Body.
6. Click Save to send the email.
