To delete a player registration after a player registers, go to Master Menu - People Tab - Find Players/Parents - Select Search Players.
Note: You can also enter Last Name of the Player to refine your search.
- Once the list of players has displayed locate the player and select Edit beside the player name.
- View the Payment History Tab.
- Select the "Refund" button (if applicable - Paypal users have 60 days from transaction date to refund through the GOALLINE system) and refund the desired amount.
- Select "Remove Registration Record" - Enter a Comment - Select Remove Registration.
If you complete a player search and there are two profiles for the same player:
- Select edit beside both profiles and view payment history to see which on has a record.
- If both have a payment history records, refund and delete on of the registrations.
- Select Delete beside the player profile that does not have any payment history.
- After you delete the player, re-do the player search but check the box on the top right "Show only deleted Players" - Search and again then select Delete.
