How Do I Delete a Player Registration?

To delete a player registration after a player registers, go to Master Menu - People Tab - Find Players/Parents - Select Search Players.  

Note:  You can also enter Last Name of the Player to refine your search. 

1. Once the list of players has displayed locate the player and select Edit beside the player name.
2. View the Payment History Tab.
3. Select the "Refund" button (if applicable - Paypal users have 60 days from transaction date to refund through the GOALLINE system) and refund the desired amount.
4. Select "Remove Registration Record" - Enter a Comment  - Select Remove Registration.

If you complete a player search and there are two profiles for the same player:

1. Select edit beside both profiles and view payment history to see which on has a record.  
2. If both have a payment history records, refund and delete on of the registrations.
3. Select Delete beside the player profile that does not have any payment history.  
4. After you delete the player, re-do the player search but check the box on the top right "Show only deleted Players" - Search and again then select Delete.
