Can the system send email reminders?

We want to send our referees an automatic reminder that they have assignments coming up. 

To configure email reminders for your referee assignments:

1. Navigate to Site Configuration from the Master Menu
2. Scroll to the Ref System Configuration section
3. Select to Enable Referee Email Reminders
4. Select whether or not referees should be able to opt out of reminders
5. Select how many days in advance the 1st reminder should be sent
6. Select how many days in advance the 2nd reminder should be sent (not required)

Subject: System Notice - Game reminder for Feb 20, 2013
This is an email reminder for your games on Feb 20, 2013

Game Time: Feb 20, 2013 6:00pm
League: Eastern Mens
Match-up: Red @ Blue
Venue: City Stadium
Assignment: Linesman 2

Game Time: Feb 20, 2013 8:00pm
League: Eastern Mens
Match-up: Green @ Yellow
Venue: City Stadium
Assignment: Linesman 2
