Add-Edit-Delete Executive Members

This video explains how to use the Add-Edit-Delete Executives Tool

To add an executive member please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to "Add-Edit-Delete Executive Members" in the "Master Menu" under "People Tab".
  2. Add in their information.
  3. Check the box for "Hide this phone number on the public executive list?" to prevent the phone number from displaying publicly.
  4. Select "Enter" to create the executive member.
  5. If you would like to add an additional position scroll to the bottom of the page under "Add New Position" and enter the position name then click "Add Position".
  6. Once the information is entered choose the order you would like them in the executive list by selecting a number beside "Order this person is to appear."
