This video explains how to use the Add-Edit-Delete Executives Tool
To add an executive member please follow the instructions below:
- Go to "Add-Edit-Delete Executive Members" in the "Master Menu" under "People Tab".
- Add in their information.
- Check the box for "Hide this phone number on the public executive list?" to prevent the phone number from displaying publicly.
- Select "Enter" to create the executive member.
- If you would like to add an additional position scroll to the bottom of the page under "Add New Position" and enter the position name then click "Add Position".
- Once the information is entered choose the order you would like them in the executive list by selecting a number beside "Order this person is to appear."
