The boundary map functionality will lock registrants to a specific zone on an uploaded map for individual registration. Based on the users address they will only be able to select specific registration options on the registration form.
To set up boundary maps:
1. Go to People\Boundary Maps
2. Click the link to learn how to generate your kml file. Follow these instructions.
3. Once you have created and saved your kml file you will need to import it. Import only one boundary area per .kml file. Submissions with more than one boundary will be rejected.
4. Once you have saved your boundary map you will see it on the right hand side of the page.
5. Go to your individual registration form(People\Individual Registration Forms). Click edit on the form you wish to apply a boundary map to.
6. Go to step 2 of your form and edit the payment/program type you wish to apply a boundary map to. You will see a drop down for boundary restriction. Select the boundary that applies to this payment and click save changes.
7. When ready, publish your form.
Once enabled, when a user begins the registration process and enters their address information, the form will restrict them to the payments associated with those boundaries that were set in your kml file.
