In this tutorial, we're going to cover how you create a team registration form. This is step 3 of a 5 step process.
- Log in to the Control Panel. Select the People Tab.
- Click "Team Registration Forms".
- Select "Edit" next to the form you created in step 1.
- Click on Step 3 to access Program information.
Step 3 - Program Information for Form
1. Programs/Payment Types - these are the options that will display for the team to select when registering
- Enter the name of the program/payment type that should be available on the form.
- Click "Add Payment Type".
- If there is a maximum number of teams allowed, enter the number of teams. If this should be hidden, select the check box to "Hide registration numbers from the registration form".
- If applicable, select the gender that applies to the registration option. When gender is set on any payment type, the gender choice is required in the Player Information section.
- Select the appropriate birth year range for the players on the team (example From 2001-01-01 To 2002-12-31).
- If applicable, select the check box to "Allow birthdates outside of this range, but highlight in report".
- Enter the payment details to be shown on the registration form.
- Enter the applicable amount/price, tax rate(s) and general ledger code.
2. Click to Save Changes
- Click the link(s) to insert or edit additional instructions at the top or bottom of the form.
- Click "Save Programs" and proceed to step 4.
