Referee can't login

Referees can not log in to their personal control panels

Email or password is not recognized                             

1. Expired referees can not log in. Advise them to contact an administrator.
2. Login usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
3. Administrators are able to reset passwords. Advise the referee to follow the instructions to retrieve their password.
4. Ensure that the referee is using the proper Login (referee vs administrator login).
