To do so you must delete the team first.
1. Go to the league the team exists in
2. Go to "League Admin"
3. Go to "Manage Teams"
4. Click "Delete Teams" button
5. Select the team you wish to delete
6. Delete the team
7. Return to Review registered teams tool, find the team registration to delete and you will now have the ability to delete this team registration
