To create a registration form please go to Individual Registration Forms in the Master Menu under People Tools. Click on Create New Form to create a new form or Edit to edit a current registration form.
If you are unable to create a registration form please contact GoalLine Support at support@goalline.ca as you may not have access to create an additional registration form.
